Basque terrorist starving

Basque terrorist Ignacio De Juana was tried and imprisoned in 1990, for being responsible of 25 murders. At the time he was about to be released (february 2005), he was tried again and imprisoned for terrorist threats.

With the so-called "process of peace" in the background, De Juana started a hunger strike on november 2006, as a protest for being in prison.

This is the way De Juana usually express his disagreement with any matter. Other hunger strikes by De Juana were held in october 1990, april 1992 and august 2006.
Judges have ruled that De Juana is not to be released because of his current bad medical condition, since it is absolutely voluntary.

De Juana has lost 8 kilograms (about 15 punds) in the last two weeks.

This judges' decission is considered not to be helping the "process of peace".

We understand that, for example, supernanny would send him to the "naughty step". Pro-euthanasia groups surely have an opinion on this matter, as well.

Guess that Ministry of Health is not using him for its research on clothing sizes.
