The driver was 13 years old, and the other two were 10 and 8. After a 10 minutes rally along 6 kilometers (4 miles), the BMW crashed against the police car, and the kids were arrested.It appears that these kids had already been found driving a stolen van two weeks ago.
Policemen have slight pains in the neck. Children are ok.
Given that under Spanish law those under the age of 14 cannot be charged with any offence against law, these children are already under their parents custody.
