Latin gangs in Spain

Alcorcon is a Spanish town near Madrid (population 160.000). During the last few days, fights have been taking place between latin inmigrants and spanish youngsters.
Knives, stones, baseball bats are used in these fights. Fights and demonstrations are scheduled via e-mail and mobile phone short text messages.
It is believed that controversies are initially caused by the use of public basketball and voleyball playgrounds. According to Alcorcon young people, latin inmigrants try to charge a fee for using these public facilities.

Riots and disturbances have not been reported in private sports facilites neither in private streets.
